A letter from the founder

There is a moment I want to tell you about. It happened late at night, over a spreadsheet.

I own a small cliffside villa on Nusa Lembongan. Like every property owner, I was planning promotions — 10% off here, a member discount there. Standard practice. Good business.

Then I looked closer at the numbers, and something stopped me cold.
